SOP Publish Certificates for Mahasantri Who Are Not Attending Haflah Akhirissanah al-Kubro 9th Academic Year 2025/2026

The following are Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Publication of certificates for student students who were not present at the IXth Haflah Akhirissanah al-Kubro.

The student concerned is required to fulfill the following administrative requirements:
1. Download KHS Madin Odd and Even Semesters via the Madin menu in SSO (Academic section).
2. ⁠Download and complete the Letter of Recommendation according to the institution's provisions via the following link; https://bit.ly/SuratRekomendasi2526
3. Mahasantri contacts the contact person in charge of the partner institution below to fulfill the administrative and ta'zir requirements that apply at the partner institution:
– Lp ma'arif no (for BTQ and Recitation levels) : +62 856-4574-4417 (Ustadz Ahmad Supriyadi)
– ⁠JQH (for Tahfidz level) : +62 812-5935-4097 (Ustadz Ahmad Marzuqi)
– ⁠Himasal (for Ula level, Wustho, Ulya and Musyawirin) : +62 822-4427-6111 (Ustadz Imam Nahrowi)
4. ⁠Fulfill all applicable administrative and ta'zir requirements at partner institutions.
5. ⁠Submit the Letter of Recommendation along with the Madin KHS to the Ma'had al-Jami'ah Office for validation at the Madin SSO.

The entire process of obtaining a public certificate can be carried out no later than 17 July 2026. Mahasantri are expected to pay attention to this time limit.
