One of the advantages of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung is the enactment of the Madrasah Diniyah program for all students. This program is implemented by the Central UPT Ma'had al-Jami'ah as the executor. This program was pioneered since the year 2016 and become a mandatory program for all students of the first year in the year 2017.

The Madrasah Diniyah program consists of two Harm, ie The Qur'anicah is pissed off And Dirasah Turots. The Qur'anicah is pissed off is a madrasah diniyah program whose concentration is the learning of the Qur'an. This program is further divided into three, Madin read and write (Btq), Madin Tilawah (Seeni Baca al-Qur'an Be Al-Tha), and Madin Tahfidz (Menghafal Al-Qur'an). Specifically madin read and write the Qur'an (Btq) divided into three , Btq a(For those who have been fluent enough to read the Qur'an but still do not meet the standards), Btq b (For those who are less fluent in reading the Qur'an) and BTQ c (For those who are still needed intensively reading the Qur'an).

Meanwhile Dirasah Turots is a madrasa diniyah whose concentration is a classic book deepening (yellow). This program is divided into 4 level, namely Madin Ula, Madin Wustho, Madin Ulya and Deliberation Special Program. Madin ula is specifically for students whose ability to read al-quir'an has met the standards, But still starting to learn the book of Turots. The book studied in Madin Ula is Aqidatul Public, Jurumiyah, Taisirul Khalaq, WORDS’ fiqh juz 4, And Khuuslashah Nuril is close.

The next Madin program is Madin Wustho. Madin is a higher level above Madin Ula. The book he has shared is imrithi, ta'limul muta'allim, satur, and Jawahirul Kalamiyah.

At the next level, There is Madin Ulya. This Madin reviews the book Alfiyah Ibn Malik, Fathul Mu'in And SALALIMUL FUDHALA.

The highest level of Madin is the deliberation program that is devoted to students who have graduated from the pesantren. For this program a strict selection is carried out, Because the learning process in it is indeed a deepening in the study of the classic book with the syawir system. For one year the participants will be trained in studying various contemporary issues that develop using classic Babon books as the basis of their footing. Outcome-its ISBN book contains study material during the deliberation program published at the end of Madin's learning.

To succeed the Madrasah Diniyah UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung program in collaboration with three partner institutions as the implementer. The three institutions are LP Ma'arif as the person in charge of Madin BTQ and Tilawah, Jam'iyyatul Qurra’ WA Al-HUFAFADZ (JQK) For Madin Tahfidz, and Santri Lirboyo alumni association (Maid) For Madin Ula, Wustho, ulty, and the Musyawirin program.

The Madin program at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung is the only program management of Ma'had Al-Jami'ah in PTKIN throughout Indonesia which is imposed on all students. Therefore, This program is one of the national reference models in the management of ma'had al-jami'ah.

Students who have completed the Madin program will get confession. Confession This is useful as a condition for taking care of all scholarships in the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung environment and as a condition for submitting a comprehensive test before the thesis examination. For students who have not completed this program, then you must follow the Remidi program.
